These terms govern your use of Vvibe Travel. By creating an account or booking through Vvibe, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 to book. Keep your account details accurate and your password safe — you're responsible for activity under your account.
When you book a stay, experience, or other service through Vvibe, you enter into a contract with that provider. Vvibe facilitates the booking and payment; the provider delivers the service under their own terms, which we surface before you confirm.
Prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is taken at booking unless an item is marked pay-on-arrival.
Each item carries its own change and cancellation policy, shown clearly before you book. Where an item is marked "flexible", you may change or cancel within the stated window at no Vvibe fee, though provider fees may apply. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Vvibe is not the provider of the travel services you book and is not liable for the acts or omissions of those providers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees we charged you for the affected booking.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
