This policy explains what personal data Vvibe Travel ("Vvibe", "we") collects, how we use it, and the rights you have. We keep it plain because privacy law is hard enough already.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email, and password (stored hashed).
• Trip data — destinations, dates, preferences, and travelers you add to a plan.
• Booking & payment — handled by our payment processor; we store only what's needed to show your order history. We never store full card numbers.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how the site is used, to fix and improve it.

How we use it

• To build, save, and book your itineraries.
• To send trip-related messages (confirmations, changes, reminders).
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To improve the product and keep it secure.

We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to deliver your trip — stays, experiences, and local hosts you book — and with service providers who help us run Vvibe (hosting, payments, email). They may only use it to perform their service for us.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
